Berlin Office

Product Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a visionary and market-oriented Product Manager who is keen on driving EMnify’s technology to the next level. The position is located in Berlin with some travel required.

KEY ACTIVITIES: A Product Manager (m/f) drives new products & features from idea to execution by managing the entire product life cycle from inception through implementation to go-to-market.

  • Develop and drive a company specific product management process, tools, and related policies
  • Bring new features and services to market by directly cooperating with our R&D, sales, and marketing departments. Product management owns the design of product and features, including business-modelling and pricing
  • In cooperation with our Product Marketeers and Sales, develop and maintain EMnify’s competitive advantage by gathering and prioritizing market requirements, developing our Product Vision and translating these into actionable items
  • Transfer our Product Vision internally by writing user stories in coordination with our Technical Product Management
  • Ensure quality of EMnify’s new features by regularly collecting feedback and validating business problems from internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree or more in engineering, business, or economics
  • 3-5 years’ experience in how to create a great user experience
  • Passion for SaaS, PaaS, Telecoms, and/or M2M/IoT domains
  • Knowhow or at least a strong interest in how to successfully execute a PaaS/SaaS business model
  • Excellent oral and written language skills in English, any other additional language, e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, is a plus
  • Experience with Scrum is a plus.

Roaming Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a market-oriented Roaming Manager who will be the single point of contact for our Roaming Partners.

KEY ACTIVITIES: A Roaming Manager will have the responsibility to drive the IoT Roaming footprint forward. You will proactively coordinate and execute wholesale roaming roadmaps and plans according to the defined strategy. Roaming Manager shall ensure optimal performance of roaming operations on group and local level to achieve target KPIs and overall business goals.

  • Analyze, manage and negotiate roaming agreements and IOT discount agreements and be responsible for the settlement process
  • Develop and maintain inter-carrier relations
  • Maintain and complete roaming agreement AA.14 updates and distribute as needed
  • Work with staff handling financial settlement of roaming payments and receipts
  • Keep billing system rate tables up-to-date and accurate
  • Work with operations to accomplish IREG and TADIG testing as needed for new roaming partners
  • Research, report, and recommend new products, programs, or initiatives related to roaming
  • Maintain the correctness of data in all systems and information sharing/flow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or more in engineering, business, or economics
  • At least 2 years’ experience in telecom, experience in roaming or roaming related activities or a technical background are a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent oral and written language skills in English, Spanish is highly appreciated, French is a plus
  • Good analytical and numerical skills and financial awareness
  • International experience and cross cultural awareness and a proven ability to connect well with people

KEY ACTIVITIES: A Customer Success Manager is the CEO of the Account. He/She ensures our international customers from a variety of industries to get the best out of EMnify’s technology:

  • Identify and resolve technical and non-technical customer issues and uncover opportunities for new use cases and customer growth
  • Ensure our customers’ technical enablement and full engagement by coordinating, organizing and managing cross-functionally their onboarding and IoT deployment activities
  • Maximize EMnify’s value for our customers by being their representative within our organization, supporting them with ongoing projects, conveying market trends and ideas, by collaborating closely with our Sales Representatives, Product Management, and Marketing.

Customer Support Representative (m/f)

We are looking for a solution-oriented Customer Support Representative (m/f) who will operate as our first level support and help move our business forward. The position is located in Berlin.

KEY ACTIVITIES: EMnify’s Customer Support Representative is the first point of contact for incoming support requests from our international customers.

  • Make a great first impression, providing our customers with the confidence that they will be well taken care of while gathering and documenting requests, including all necessary information
  • Prioritize requests and find customer-oriented and suitable solutions, often in close collaboration with our success and operations teams, by using email, telephone and our ticket-system
  • Be responsible for our support and ticketing system, Zendesk, by following up with all requests until all issues are solved
  • Contribute to develop and improve processes of the support organization
  • Collaborate closely with our development and operations team as well as product management to continuously improve our user experience and our product from customer feedback
  • Contribute and maintain our knowledge database on a regular basis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Provide credibility by means of your technical education, e.g. network operations or telecommunications engineering

We are looking for talented and motivated Sales Representatives who will promote our unique product globally from our Berlin office site and thereby build and grow our IoT (Internet of Things) business.

KEY ACTIVITIES: Sales Representatives nurture relationships, both over the phone and via e-mail, with decision makers. Your mission is to close deals with the help of a great sales support and marketing team.
