Chief Executive Officer

Kenneth is emnify Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He joined emnify in 2024 as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), taking on the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in 2025. Prior to emnify, he held leadership roles at companies including Cisco, Vodafone, and Dropbox, where he built and scaled commercial organizations across IoT, cloud, and SaaS.

Christian Friis

Chief Revenue Officer

Christian holds a role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at emnify. He brings extensive experience scaling high-growth technology businesses across AI, B2B SaaS, fintech, and telecommunications. Before joining emnify, Christian led global go-to-market at Dixa and held senior leadership roles at TDC and Nets. He began his career in management consulting and has since built and led international commercial organizations across multiple technology markets.

Sacha Herrmann

Chief Financial Officer

Sasha holds a role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at emnify. He brings more than 20 years of international finance and operational leadership experience. Most recently, he served as CFO of Nexthink, where he helped scale the company into a global software leader valued at approximately $3 billion following a majority investment by Vista Equity Partners. He is a CPA and began his career in audit.

Chief Product & Technology Officer

Artur is emnify Chief Product & Technology Officer with a wealth of experience in telecom, CPaaS, and cloud technologies. Prior to emnify, he held leadership roles in companies like Vonage, Syniverse, NewVoiceMedia, and MACH.

Martin Giess

Co-founder & Founding CTO

As the co-founder and founding CTO of emnify, Martin oversees the technical execution of emnify’s product vision. He has 2 decades of experience as a technology expert in agile development of innovative telecom services. Before founding emnify, he held technical VP positions at Syniverse and MACH.

Following a 13-year tenure as co-founder and CEO of emnify, Frank assumed the position of Executive Chairman overseeing the Advisory Board, strategic partnerships and corporate governance. As a serial entrepreneur and recognized telecoms expert, Frank was an early technology innovator through the successive waves of cloud, mobile and IoT market adoption. Prior to co-founding emnify, Frank held leadership positions at MACH and Syniverse.

Lars Singbartl is a former Partner and Head of Germany at Warburg Pincus, the global pioneer in growth equity investing. He is currently active as an investor in early-stage technology and SaaS companies with a focus on IoT, blockchain, AI, and cybersecurity, and holds several board and chairman positions across his portfolio.
